1. Agreement to Terms
By booking or using Baldy's Bin Busting services ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Baldy's Bin Busting provides professional wheelie bin cleaning services in the Burnie, Tasmania area. Services include weekly, fortnightly, and monthly bin cleaning plans, as well as single deep cleans and emergency same-day services.
3. Bookings & Scheduling
All bookings are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to clean your bins on the scheduled day. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, equipment failure, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule your service and will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are as listed on our website and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept all major payment methods. Recurring services will be billed according to the selected plan frequency.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price. Recurring plans can be cancelled at any time with 7 days' notice.
6. Bin Access
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure bins are accessible on the scheduled cleaning day. Bins should be placed at the front of the property or in an agreed-upon location. If we are unable to access your bins, the service may be marked as completed and payment may still apply.
7. Liability
While we take every care in performing our services, Baldy's Bin Busting is not liable for any damage to bins that are already in poor condition, cracked, or structurally compromised. We are not responsible for any items left inside bins during cleaning. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Service Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost.
9. Environmental Responsibility
We use eco-friendly cleaning products and responsible water management practices. Wastewater is managed in accordance with local environmental regulations.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
