How does the bin cleaning service work?
We come to your property on the scheduled day and clean your bins on-site using a professional high-pressure hot water system. We handle everything — you don’t need to do a thing except make sure your bins are accessible.
When do you clean my bins?
We aim to clean your bins on or shortly after your council collection day, so your freshly emptied bins get a thorough clean. You’ll receive a reminder before each service.
Do I need to be home for the service?
No, you don’t need to be home! As long as your bins are accessible at the front of your property or an agreed location, we’ll take care of everything and let you know when we’re done.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning agents combined with high-pressure hot water to sanitize and deodorize your bins. Our process is safe for your family, pets, and the environment.
Where does the wastewater go?
We use a self-contained system that captures all wastewater. It is disposed of responsibly in accordance with local environmental regulations — nothing ends up in your storm drains.
How many bins can you clean?
We can clean as many bins as you need — general waste, recycling, green waste, you name it. Additional bins are priced at a discounted rate per bin after the first.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with the result, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean at no extra charge.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice at no cost. Simply email us at info@baldysbinbusting.com.au or use the booking platform to manage your appointment.
Do you service commercial properties?
Yes! We work with businesses, body corporates, and properties with multiple bins. Get in touch via email for a custom commercial quote.
What areas do you service?
We currently service the Burnie area in Tasmania. We’re expanding soon to Wynyard, Devonport, Ulverstone, Penguin, and Somerset — stay tuned!
